November 2009The Citizens Committee for the Trees presented today at the offices of Councillor for the Environment Protocol No 3 requests for access to documents (and receive copies) concerning the measures concerning the demolition of public trees and private throughout the city according to law 241/90 on the transparency of administrative acts and to Legislative Decree 24 February 1997, No 39. The questions are arranged by subject: the first asks about all acts, ordinances or resolutions on the reductions of trees along the tram lines 2 and 3 and those along the route of AV (in particular for the Park of the former butchery) asks the second account of the fate of the trees in the Parco delle Cascine Monument because of work to line 1.
